ONLINE PORTAL LINK

The online portal will have a new URL so be sure to use the new link and remember to save/update this as a bookmark for ease of access. When the new link is live you will be able to access the page by clicking the ‘Order Online’ button below.

 

SIGNING IN TO ORDER ONLINE

For those customer who have already been using our online ordering your login and password will be the same however it may ask you to update your password when you first sign back in.

If you are not yet set up for online ordering be sure to speak with your Area Manager or contact the Orders Team.

In the coming weeks we look forward to providing ‘How to Guides’ and training opportunities for those who would like assistance navigating online ordering.

 

Notice of Changes

We would like to inform you of some important changes that will be occurring soon. Before these changes take place, we wanted to share a preview of how they will look and when they will occur. These changes represent how we are actively taking steps to ensure the business is operating efficiently, better working processes for staff and improved services to our customers. Understanding initial change can be daunting, we assure you we are here to help and will provide necessary training and support.  Our goal with these updates is to provide added convenience for our customers in how orders are placed and managed as well as how you receive and access important information.

Delivery Dockets & Invoices

CHANGE OVER DATE: Monday 13TH June 2022

 

You will notice a change in the layout of Delivery Dockets and Invoices. Both documents will include the same key information with the addition of delivery instructions and a section where important notifications or promotions will be displayed. These updates will work seamlessly with the order processing system.

Currently you will receive a hard copy of these documents however we do have intentions to go digital allowing ease of access, simplifying processing requirements and helping us maintain our environmental objectives.

Proof of Delivery & Returns

CHANGE OVER DATE: Monday 13TH June 2022

Electronic proof of delivery (POD), will see customers complete an electronic signature when their order has been delivered and returns processed. We are aware you may not be present at time of delivery and will be introducing a feature in the near future that will allow the delivery driver to take a photo to confirm completion.

Invoice Period

CHANGE OVER DATE: Monday 13TH June 2022

Invoices will still be issued on a Monday, however they will cover the previous week (Saturday- Friday).

Office Hours &

Order Cut-off Times

CHANGE OVER DATE: Friday 10th June 2022

Our office hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am until 4:30pm. Phone orders will no longer be taken on Saturday or Sunday, however you will be able to place orders using online ordering. If you are not already signed up for online ordering please get in touch with your Area Manager or contact our friendly Orders Team between the specified times.
