Ekka 2022 Order & Delivery Information

ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

Order Cut Off times are 1:00pm for Phone Orders and 2.00pm for Internet Orders the day prior to delivery, with the exception of the varieties listed HERE.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after I place it?

Yes you can, however once it is past the cut-off time, we may not be able to accommodate your changes.

DELIVERY DOCKETS 

Customers receive a hardcopy Delivery Docket however, we have intentions to go digital allowing ease of access and importantly helping to reduce our carbon footprint, meeting our key company values.

Please ensure we have your most up to date email on record.

Invoices are issued on a Monday and cover the previous week (Saturday- Friday).

PROOF OF DELIVERY & RETURNS

Customers complete an electronic signature upon delivery.

What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

For convenience, we have introduced a feature which allows the delivery driver to take a photo upon delivery as confirmation for times you may be unable to sign.

PROOF OF RETURNS

Returns are entered electronically at the time of collection.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment Portal | Coming Soon

A new payment portal will soon be available for you to pay your invoices and accounts by credit card via our online ordering portal. We will let you know when this is available.

 

Direct Debits | Now Available

Direct Debits are now available for you to setup to pay your account – Please let us know if you would like to use this service.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) | Now Available

Pay by EFT directly from your bank account to ours.

Please use your Customer Account Code as your payment reference when you pay by EFT. This ensures we credit your account with your payment.

As part of these payment processes our system will automatically age your payments against the oldest outstanding invoices first. If for some reason you have a query on a particular invoice, please let us know and we will ensure this is not included in the automated age payment process.

Online Ordering

Our online ordering portal has a brand new look with fantastic features for ease of placing and managing orders. If you are not yet signed up for online ordering please contact your Area Manager who will be able to assist you in getting your account started and provide support.

Online Ordering can be accessed via our ‘Home Page’ or from the ‘Navigation Menu’.
